The Board unanimously approved changes to the Organization’s banking authority to align with recent changes to Board membership. This includes bringing earlier changes up to date with current policies.
- Sue Lesser and Tarisa Tognetti, having departed the CMSA Board, have CMSA’s banking authority with Wells Fargo be revoked.
- Jonathan Bredin be added as a key executive and signatory to allow him to act in the role of Treasurer of the CMSA, for example to pay convention contractors via check and online banking services, such as Zelle and wire transfers.
