Election Results for 2019-2021 Term

28 December 2018

We are please to announce the incoming board members at large for the 2019-2021 term.

Dr. Jim Bates, CMSA En Masse Orchestra conductor for many years, has been re-elected for another term. While on the board, he has been active with several of the CMSA educational initiatives and hopes to provide a perspective from the world of classical orchestra music, as well as string music education.

Nora Morgenstern, a lifetime member of CMSA, strongly believes in collaboration and input from membership. Some of her goals for CMSA include opening opportunities for younger persons to participate; building upon the collective talent of the member orchestras; relationship-building with mandolinists of other cultures and countries; and sustainability.

Fred Pike has been re-elected for another term. He wants to bring value to the board from the technology and the small-business sides. He is very proud of his association with CMSA and would love to help keep the organization moving forward.
